An evaluation brings together your history, the questions you want to explore, and assessment selected for your needs. The findings help clarify concerns and inform recommendations. A feedback conversation gives you an opportunity to understand the results.

We work with children, adolescents, and adults. Contact the practice to discuss the concerns you would like to explore and whether an evaluation is the right starting point.

We look beyond symptoms and test scores. By examining relationships among clinical history, assessment findings, and behavioral patterns, we aim to identify meaningful connections, clarify complex diagnostic questions, and distinguish between conditions with overlapping symptoms.

Talk with our team about time-sensitive care. Your completed evaluation can be ready in as few as three business days after your in-person appointment, for an additional fee. The office will discuss availability, cost, and whether this fits your evaluation. This is the delivery timeline, not a promise of an appointment within three days.

We accept MaineCare. Financing options include Affirm, CareCredit, Klarna, and Sunbit. The office can help you discuss coverage, costs, and the available payment options for your evaluation.
