Your health information

Information in your clinical record is protected health information. We handle it under HIPAA, applicable Maine law, and our Notice of Privacy Practices, which you receive when you become a client. Call the office at (207) 667-3485 for a copy or with questions about your records.

Using this website

The website provides information about the practice. Its service selector changes the information shown on your screen; it does not submit a clinical inquiry. This version of the website does not use advertising pixels, session replay, analytics scripts, or visitor accounts.

Contacting the practice

Call the office for help with scheduling and the appropriate way to provide clinical information. Please avoid sending health records or detailed clinical information through ordinary email.

External services

The client portal and maps open separate services, which have their own privacy information. Your browser or hosting service may process technical connection information when you visit a website.

Mobile numbers and text messages

If you give us a mobile number and agree to text messages, we use that number only to send the appointment, paperwork, and billing messages described in our Text Message Terms, and to respond to texts you send us. Our text messaging provider processes your number only to deliver our messages to you.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
